About Pam

I am a believer in the transformational power of yoga. In my 20 years  of teaching I have witnessed monumental shifts in habits, behavior, and attitude in myself and many of my students. Yoga’s greatest gift is teaching us the preciousness of who we are and inviting to us live from this place.

In a one-on-one private setting, I am continually amazed by the magic that occurs when two people come together with the common goal of whole-body healing through self-inquiry and therapeutic asana (poses). My classroom teaching is theme-based with precise and playful instruction. What I do is  intuitive, based on over 900 hours of training, and is an offering from my heart to yours.

My overarching aim is to spark a desire in each student to discover their natural goodness through greater self-awareness.

I am a  Registered yoga teacher (RYT) and certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT).  My teaching is inspired by 20 years of yoga teacher training in Anusara, Iyengar, Power Vinyasa, and Integrative Yoga Therapeutics.  My teachers, for whom I am forever grateful, include Bo Forbes, Deb Neubauer, Desiree Rumbaugh, Todd Norian, John Friend, Douglas Brooks, and Paul Muller-Ortega.

I teach classes at Yoga Mandala studio in Winchester, MA and at Tufts University. I also teach private yoga therapeutic sessions at your home, work place, or at the studio. Join me soon for a class or a private session.
